Service Description

Our initial in-home occupational therapy evaluation is the first step in creating a personalized plan to support your child’s growth, regulation, and daily life skills. We come directly to your home — the place where your Little learns, plays, and thrives — to observe their environment, understand their needs, and collaborate with you on meaningful goals. During the evaluation, we’ll discuss your priorities, assess your child’s current strengths and challenges, and create a customized plan of care or recommendations tailored to your family’s real-life routines. This session sets the foundation for all future therapy and ensures we’re supporting your child in the most effective and nurturing way possible.
